Ooh La La! This unique downtown boutique offers consignment clothing as well as jewelry, and crafts made by northwestern and area artists. Shop creator and owner Liyah Babayan, with Matilda ‘the store yorkie’ and co-worker, poses Aug. 19 at their new spot two weeks after the local store’s move to Main Avenue in downtown Twin Falls.
